I, Jorg Poolman, am the founder of FICS. In 2003 I decided to combine my passions for skiing and delicious food. I thought it was time to furnish ski resorts with more care and finesse. This was the beginning of FICS.
In the early days I often worked together with the cooks. So I was able to personally experience the challenges of cooking in chalets. I knew what was necessary when I began to source suitable chefs. Over the years I have built a network of chefs who can cook truly delicious and adventurous meals in winter conditions.
In recent years FICS is carrying out hundreds of catering bookings for groups of 6 up to 26 people.
