Our chefs

All our chefs are highly experienced and qualified or have a recognised outstanding proven track industry record. Our chefs often come from well-known cafes or restaurants.

Most chefs have experience in cooking in a ski chalet and will expertly drive their packed car with delicious ingredients up the mountain to serve you. Their passion is to prepare culinary delights for an enthusiastic group in a remote mountain location.

The chefs are of course responsible for the procurement of fresh high-quality ingredients, bringing the right cooking utensils and the hygiene of the kitchen. The chalet-kitchen is their sacred territory!

JMpasfoto2Meet Jessica Mutsaars
Jessica is one of our most popular FICS chefs:

“I have a passion for cooking. In the summer I run the restaurant of the wakeboard club in Emst, The Netherlands and in the winter I work for Fly In Catering Services to cook for guests in luxury chalets in the Alps.”

“I really enjoy the thrill that I may serve my own self-created best-combination meals. It’s very nice to serve people a culinary surprise.”

“The guests are really on holiday that week and do not have to think of cooking. I take real pleasure when they, at the end of the week return home, relaxed and satisfied. Success!”
