For tour operators

FICS is an independent catering company that has developed long-standing partnerships with several leading tour operators. We are always keen to hear from potential new partners interested in long-term cooperation!

Direct contact with tour operators
FICS always works directly with tour operators/ agents. We do not take bookings directly without mediation of a tour operator. Exceptions to this policy are holiday destinations that are privately owned or in which the tour operator does not offer catering. Out of courtesy, in these cases we will always refer to the tour operator for their agreement to us catering.
