The agent asked us: do you want catering? Of course you want it, but you have no imagination about what the service entails. You ask yourself does everybody in the group want to have catering? Anyway, if we had known that “the catering” was Helma who every morning prepared a super breakfast, at half past four an après-ski that made us leave the slopes early and finally have a dinner that every restaurant in Trois Vallées was jealous off?
